buyer purchases goods offered on the Rootscosmetics website through the Internet, such reciprocal agreement shall be deemed to be a distance contract and subject to the law governing the distance contract, including but not limited to Directive 97/7 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council. EEC on Consumer Protection in relation to Distance Contracts, Law of the Republic of Latvia on Consumer Protection Law, Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia on Regulations on Distance Contracts.

Return policy

The buyer has the right to return the item in 14 days after purchase by sending the seller return request. A return request letter is provided by the seller after buyers request via e-mail.

Buyers have to return the items in 7 days after return request is submitted.  All expenses, which may occur during the return process including shipping is covered by the buyer.

Buyer cant return item if:

• If the product is used
  
• You cannot return personal hygiene products
